Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Fostering Health Alliance, LLC values both the time reserved for clients and participants and the preparation required to provide high-quality services. Because many services involve reserved appointment times, limited enrollment, advance planning, preparation, materials, venue commitments, or other resources, cancellation and rescheduling policies are necessary to ensure fairness for all parties.
This policy applies generally to services provided by Fostering Health Alliance, LLC, including therapy, wellness experiences, healing intensives, consulting, speaking, training, and other programs or services.
Clients and participants are encouraged to review any service-specific agreements, informed consent documents, registration materials, or program policies that may contain additional cancellation and rescheduling requirements.
General Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
Requests to cancel or reschedule services should be made as soon as possible.
Advance notice increases the likelihood that appointments, services, events, or programs may be rescheduled and may reduce the possibility of cancellation fees or forfeited registration fees.
Cancellation and rescheduling eligibility may vary based on the type of service, the amount of notice provided, preparation already completed, resources committed, and any applicable service-specific policies.
Please Note: Certain services, programs, and events may have additional cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance requirements. Participants should review all registration materials, service agreements, and informed consent documents for service-specific terms.
Therapy Services
For individual, couples, and family therapy services, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee equal to the full scheduled session fee.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full session fee.
If a client contacts the practice after the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window and an alternative appointment can be scheduled within the same calendar week, the Late Cancellation Fee may be waived.
Rescheduling within the same week is not guaranteed and is dependent upon provider availability.
Service-Specific Policies
Certain services, programs, events, groups, workshops, intensives, wellness experiences, consulting engagements, speaking engagements, training programs, retreats, and specialty offerings may have additional cancellation and rescheduling terms that are disclosed at the time of registration, purchase, scheduling, enrollment, or execution of a service agreement.
Where service-specific cancellation or rescheduling policies exist, those terms shall supplement and govern the cancellation and rescheduling process for that particular service.

Missed Appointments, Events, and Programs
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, event, workshop, group session, program, or service without notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid, cancellation of future participation, or the application of fees as outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Missed services are generally not eligible for rescheduling or refund unless otherwise stated in a service-specific policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
Fostering Health Alliance, LLC recognizes that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur.
Requests involving serious illness, medical emergencies, death of an immediate family member, natural disasters, severe weather events, or other significant hardships may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.

By scheduling, registering for, purchasing, financing, or participating in services provided by Fostering Health Alliance, LLC, clients and participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and any applicable service-specific cancellation and rescheduling terms.
