Refund Policy
Fostering Health Alliance, LLC
Fostering Health Alliance, LLC strives to maintain fair, transparent, and reasonable refund practices while honoring the time, preparation, resources, and professional services provided through therapy, wellness experiences, healing intensives, consulting, speaking, training, and other offerings.
Because services vary in nature, preparation requirements, scheduling commitments, and delivery methods, refund eligibility may differ by service. Clients are encouraged to review all applicable service agreements, informed consent documents, registration materials, and program-specific policies before purchasing, registering for, financing, or participating in services.
General Refund Guidelines
Refund eligibility is based upon whether services have been delivered, partially delivered, or remain undelivered.
Services that have already been provided, attended, completed, or substantially delivered are generally not eligible for refund.
Services that have not yet been provided may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending upon the specific service, timing of the request, preparation already completed, materials provided, expenses incurred, and any service-specific agreement.
Certain services may require advance preparation, scheduling commitments, venue reservations, materials, assessments, planning, consultation, or other activities that occur before the service itself takes place. In such cases, fees associated with completed work, preparation, administrative services, or non-recoverable expenses may not be refundable.
Service-specific refund terms may apply and should be reviewed before registration, purchase, financing, or scheduling.
Service-Specific Policies
Certain services, programs, events, groups, intensives, workshops, consultations, speaking engagements, training programs, and wellness experiences may be governed by additional refund terms that are disclosed at the time of registration, purchase, scheduling, enrollment, or service agreement execution.
Where service-specific refund terms exist, those terms shall supplement and govern the refund process for that particular service.

Refund Requests
Certain services, programs, events, groups, intensives, workshops, consultations, speaking engagements, training programs, and wellness experiences may be governed by additional refund terms that are disclosed at the time of registration, purchase, scheduling, enrollment, or service agreement execution.
Where service-specific refund terms exist, those terms shall supplement and govern the refund process for that particular service.

Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval.
Refunds will generally be returned using the original form of payment whenever possible.
If financing or third-party payment services were used, refunds will be processed in accordance with the procedures of the applicable payment or financing provider.
Actual receipt of refunded funds may vary based on the policies and processing times of financial institutions, credit card companies, financing providers, or payment processors.
Exceptional Circumstances
Fostering Health Alliance, LLC recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Requests involving serious illness, medical emergencies, death of an immediate family member, natural disasters, or other significant hardships may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.
