Good question. I have the pleasure of being trained as a professional counselor, yoga instructor, and organizational psychologist. These three afford me a unique perspective when I am with clients. Through each, I am able to use theory and evidence-based practices to collaborate with clients in creating a customized plan of action to address their needs. Yes, I have done yoga with therapy clients. Yes, I have engaged employees in meditation. Yes, I have done strategic planning with therapy and business clients.
